Our program is designed to work well with a cash drawer and receipt printer. If a cash drawer needs to be configured in the program,
- go to: Setup > This Computer
- Select the Hardware tab
- Check the box next to This Computer Controls a cash drawer
- Using the drop-down arrows next to the options, The cash drawer is connected to: , Model: , and Printer, select the desired options.
Note
If you’d like to see if the cash drawer is working properly, simply select “Test Drawer”
- Select OK to save your changes
