ChargeItPro Non-Integrated Reversion

Deactivating Integration

In order to convert to non-integrated payments for ChargeItPro, you must deactivate the current processing integration and modify the existing credit/debit payment types.

Store Setup

These steps will need to be performed for each store.

  1. Go to Setup > Store.
  2. Double-click on the store.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Under the Retail tab:
    1. Select the Credit Card tab and set Credit Card Processor to N/A.
    2. Select the Gift Card tab and set Gift Card Processor to N/A.
  5. Under the Webstore tab:
    1. Select the Credit Card tab and set Credit Card Processor to N/A.
    2. Select the Gift Card tab and set Gift Card Processor to N/A.
  6. Click OK

Webstore Setup

These steps will need to be performed for the active webstore and any webstores you may use in the future.

  1. Go to Setup Webstore.
  2. Double-click the Active webstore.
  3. Under the Shopping Cart  section to the left, select Payment Options.
  4. Select the Credit Card tab and set Credit Card Processor to None.
  5. Select the Gift Card tab and set Gift Card Processor to None.
  6. Under Configuration to the left, click Save (Ctrl + Enter)

Computer Setup

These steps will need to be performed at each computer.

  1. Go to Setup > Computer.
  2. Select the Credit Cards tab.
  3. Set Credit Processing Integration to None.
  4. Click OK

Modifying Payment Types

The Credit and Debit payment types must be modified to not look for the credit card terminal when used to pay out an invoice.

  1. Go to Setup > Payments
  2. From the list of payment names, double-click Credit Card.
    1. Under the General tab in the Payment Processing Interface section set it to None.
    2. Click OK.
  3. From the list of payment names, double-click Debit
    1. Under the General tab in the Payment Processing Interface section set it to None.
    2. Click OK.
  4. Close the Payment Method List.
Note

If you are a Uniform Solution Cloud customer and wish to use the ChargeItPro software, you will need to contact them to have the client installed locally on your PCs.
