Receipt Printer Not Cutting The Receipt

If you’re having issues with your receipt not automatically being cut after it’s been printed, it’s likely due to the printer option not properly being selected.

To change your sales printer settings, go to: File > Printer Setup > Sales. Under Model select Epson with auto-cutter. Select OK to save your changes.
