1. UniformPay Gift Cards (Beta). UniformPay Merchants can now accept and
process Gift Cards with UniformPay. Retailers use Gift Cards to drive
customer loyalty by selling gift cards, and they build customer loyalty
by issuing a store credit on a Gift Card for items bought beyond the
normal refund policy.
If you are using ChargeItPro or OpenEdge Gift Cards, you can transfer
your existing Gift Card balances to UniformPay. Please discuss this
process with our Sales or Support Team.
2. WebStore Out-of-Stock and In-Stock status. By default the WebStore
will show stock status as “Out of Stock at STORENAME” when there
is no store stock. STORENAME will be the “WebStore Name” found on the
Store Form > General > More tab, or it will use the “Company” name
when no name has been entered. If you prefer to not show your store
name next to the stock status, update the WebStore Configuration
> Stock Section “Do not show store ref name in stock status” to True.
3. UniformPay Portal. Exporting Report PDF’s was not working.
4. Deposit Reconciliation. Individual transactions on the list now
show how the payment was taken (Device, Manual Form, Portal, etc.).
5. Coupon Setup Form. this form now show that coupons are only “active”
for the WebStore.
6. Saved Credit Cards. If you select to pay by Debit Card with UniformPay
and the customer has a saved credit card, you are presented with the
option to use the saved card.
7. Uniform Market Orders with Gift Cards. Resolved an issue where importing
orders with UM Gifts failed.
8. WebStore Minimum Price. The minimum price on Item Details could be incorrect
in some instances.
9. PCI Compliance. Addressed an issue for a potential XSS attacker.
10. Text Replies. Some test replies were truncated because the customer included
a carriage return in the text.
11. UniformPay in POS Payment Closes. It was reported, but not confirmed in
developer testing, that UniformPay could close the wait window before
receiving a response for a transaction run on a terminal. The payment
process was modified to prevent this from occurring. Additional debugging
code has also been added in case it still occurs.
12. UniformPay Debit Cards. Some debit cards do not return and Auth Code
as expected for an approval. This resulted in some approvals not being
saved as approved in the payment process. Fixed now.
13. White Cross VStock. White Cross VStock was updated to use their new
requirements.
