1. Med Couture System Migration. Careismatic is moving the Med Couture ERP system to the Careismatic ERP. The ability to place EDI orders to
the Med Couture system ends on May 31,2023. We have implemented a simple migration of CHE EDI account numbers AND the Connected Vendor
setting for the PCH Vendor. If the CHE vendor and account numbers do not exist, the Connected Vendor must be changed to Careismatic
manually for the Med Couture brand/vendor on June 5th to re-enable ordering with Careismatic.
2. Transactional Emails. Transactional Emails that are used for POS receipts and WebStore emails require v6.64 to function after May 31, 2023
because the Dyn service used in earlier versions will no longer function. We have moved our Service provider from Dyn to AWS. DDS-1432.
3. Birkenstock Images. Birkenstock now provides images for their items. Make sure you set the proper “Company” to Birkenstock on the
Vendor Form > Purchasing > Connected Options Tab.
4. New Images for Medichic. and Design A Scope. Medichic is providing multi-view images for the WebStore, and Design A Scope is now providing Images.
Make sure you set the “Connected” Vendor setting for Design A Scope on the Vendor Form > Purchasing > Connected Options Tab to activate images.
