Reset WebStore Customer Login from the Customer Record

If a customer is unable to login into the WebStore and you would like to reset the customer login from within program,

  • Select the Customer icon in the program’s toolbar
  • Select the desired customer and double-click to open the customer’s record
  • Select the WebStore tab
  • In the Email field, enter a new email if the email has changed
  • In the Password field, enter the customer’s new password.
  • Select OK to save your changes.
