Turn AVG network profiles to private.

  • Public profiles in your AVG settings can cause you to not be able to locate the USW folder in your C drive.
  • To get to these setting you will double click into your AVG account and open Internet Securities.
  • To find your AVG icon, go into your toolbar on the bottom left of your desktop.

  • Once there select Settings.
  • In the Setting page select Components, scroll down to Firewall and choose to Customize.

  • Once there choose the Network Profiles tab on the left.

  • Switch the Public Networks as seen above to Private.
