Workstation Connection

Typically when an icon will not launch The Uniform Solution there is an issue with the network connection. Below are some things that can be done to troubleshoot.

  1. Check to ensure the mapped drive is connected by going to a file explorer window. A red X over the mapped letter drive indicates there is an issue with the network communication. The issue can sometimes be resolved by simply double clicking on the red X.
  2. Check to ensure the firewall is turned off both in Windows and the anti-virus software.
  3. Try rebooting all computers, switches, modems and routers.
  4. If further help is needed contact a local network support technician or Diamond Data Systems.
