Extended Support Hours

While you may know that we have after hours support available, we many times get the question asking what specific times you can reach this service. Below, our regular support hours and on-call hours are listed for your convenience.

The on-call service will only route you on to support for true emergencies such as the program being down or if you are unable to complete a sale.  The number to call will be displayed during these extended hours on our Support Central Page.

What is Supported during these times:

  1. Not being able to access or use the software
  2. Not being able to perform a sale or refund
  3. Your WebStore is not up or able to process sales

Regular Support Hours

Monday-Friday: 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Extended Hours of Support

Monday-Friday: 7:30AM – 8:30AM and 5:00PM-8:00PM

Saturday: 7:30AM – 8:00PM

Sunday: 11:00AM – 5:00PM

During our after hours support times, you will be presented with the option to enter “1” to be routed to our on-call support team or enter “2” to leave a voicemail to be returned during regular business hours.
