Email Setup

Emails can be sent and managed in the program. To setup email in the program,

  1. Go to: Setup
  2. System Options
  3. Select the Email tab
  4. In the My Email Server drop-down, select what type of emails you’d like to send through the program
  5. To find the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), either use a search engine like Google or contact your email administrator
  6. Enter the proper Email Port and SSL
  7. The Username is the username that is used to login into the email
  8. Enter the exact same password in the Password field
  9. Select OK to save your changes
