Adding Shipping options to the program is an excellent way to automatically charge for shipping when needed. To access the shipping menu option,
- Go to: Setup > Shipping Options
- Select the Option button and select New Shipping Option
- Name the new option in the Option field and include a Description if desired
- Check the Shipping is free option if you would like to provide this option for free if a minimum purchase amount is met
- Under the “Rate Calculation” section, enter the desired Minimum (the minimum about this shipping option can cost)
- In the Calculation field, decide if you’d like the program to automatically calculate the shipping cost by either multiplying invoice quantity or by multiplying the sub-total.
- Now, select the Rate at which you’d like to multiply it by.
- On the Sales Tax tab, decide if the sales tax option is taxable

- On the WebStore tab, enter how the option should appear on the webstore in the Name field. (Only applicable if you currently have a webstore)
- Select OK to save this new shipping option
