No lights on the Epson printer

Ensure the printer is turned on and the power supply is working.

If you are using a surge protector check to make sure it’s turned on and plugged into the power outlet in the wall.

Check for any damaged cables.

After you have checked all the connections and cables and the printer still has no light, refer to the manual that came with your printer or call Diamond Data Systems.

Open the printer and check to make sure the printer is not out of paper.

Turn the printer off and re-adjust the paper.

If after you have checked the paper and you still have a red light, refer to the manual that came with your printer or call Diamond Data Systems.

Verify the workstation printer settings in The Uniform Solution are accurate.

Go to File > Printer Setup > Sales.

Check the printer type and model fields to ensure they are set correctly for each type of receipt (sales, credit card, etc.).
