The internal messaging feature allows users to quickly send alerts or information to other users within the program. This is a convenient way to communicate without leaving the workstation or interrupting workflow.
This article explains how to send messages using the Net Message Other Users function.
How to Send a Message to Other Users
- Go to: Maintenance > Net Message

- On the Message tab, you can customize the message details.

- Under Action, select what type of message you want to send.

- Under Send To select whether you’d like to send this message to All Users or Selected Users

- In the Message field, customize the message to other users if desired

- On the Other Users tab, you’ll be able to see all of the users and select the desired users who you want to send the message to.

- Select Send to send the message once the additional options have been selected.
