Printing a barcode on receipt and invoices can definitely come be handy when doing locating customer orders and doing returns. To configure the program to print a barcode,
- Go to: Setup > Store
- Select the Messages tab
- Select Receipt and Invoice Printing Options
- On the General tab, check the box next to the Print a barcode for the reference number on receipts and invoices option
- Select OK to save your change
