Customize User Security Levels

Control what parts of the program that your customers have access to. To customize the security levels for a user,

  • go to: Setup > Users
  • If making changes to an existing user, double-click to open the record.
  • If you are setting up a new user, select the User button in the bottom-left hand corner and select New User.
  • With the user record open, select the 2. Security Settings tab.
  • Here, you’ll see sub-tabs where you can customize exactly what parts of the program a user can and cannot access.
  • Once all of the desired changes for a specific user have been made, select OK to save your changes.
