Stopping the Batching Process

How to cancel (or reset) a batch

When trying to cancel a batch, or a batch gets interrupted, The Uniform Solution will be unavailable until the batch completes, or you reset the batch process.

How to reset the batch process

1. During the batch you will see the window below appear. DO NOT click on Close until you reset the batch.
2. First, click on Reset to stop the batching process.

3. Now click Yes. Selecting Yes instructs The Uniform Solution that you want to end the current batch and restart it at a later time. This message is alerting you that if you stop this batch, the process will need to start completely over from the beginning when you choose to run it again.

4. Now you can click Close and resume using The Uniform Solution.

Still having trouble closing down the batch?

If you don’t reset the batch before closing, it can seem like the you are stuck in a loop and the program will close. Follow these steps to end the batch.

A. If the program automatically closed, you will see the message below when you restart The Uniform Solution. Click OK.

B. After logging in, you will see the Batch Update Process window again (see below). From here you must click Reset to end the batching process.

C. And now click Yes.This message is alerting you that if you stop this batch, the process will need to start completely over from the beginning when you choose to run it again.

D. And now you can click Close on the Batch Update Process to resume using The Uniform Solution.
