The program can be configured to quickly automatically create a backup.
- Go to: Setup > System Options
- On the General tab under the “Backup Options” section, check the box next to the Automatically backup the program’s data files on startup option
- Use the up and down arrows to select the number of Copies
- Select OK to save your changes
