Exporting Customer Emails

Exporting customer emails is an excellent way to stay connected with your customer base. By sending out promotions and important information, your customers will always know what’s happening with your business.

To export Customers Emails:

  • Go to: File > Export > Customers
  • On the General tab, decide on which Stores to Include and Customers To Include
  • If you previously tagged your customer list with specific customers that you’d like to target, select the Tagged option.
  • Check the More Options box in the bottom-right corner of the active screen.
  • On the Options tab, you’ll most likely want to check the box that says Include customers with incomplete addresses
  • Under Sort Option, select how the list will be sorted.
  • Select OK and you will be prompted to decide where you’d like to save the file.
  • Once all records have been successfully imported, you’ll see the Export Complete window.
