2022/2023 6.60

v6.60 New/Revisions/Fixes

1. Assign WebStore Orders to Shop Store. A new option has been added to
optionally assign ShipTo orders to the Shop Store instead of the default
store for the WebStore. On the WebStore configuration, Shopping Cart >
Settings Tab, select “Assign shipped orders to the Shop Store”.

2. WebStore Bill To/Ship To. Improvements have been made to the how the
Billing and Shipping information for sub-accounts is displayed in the
Checkout Process. These changes should help reduce errors made by
the shopper.

3. Contract Shipping Options Regression. Contract specific options were
not being properly added or limited in the WebStore checkout process.
***Fixed now.***

4. Customer Form Load Time. Opening the Customer Form is now faster. The
process was revised to reduce secondary looks ups to get the current
balance and shipping only when needed.

5. OpenEdge Merchant Portal. The OpenEdge Portal menu item on the Help
Tab only displays if there are transactions in the last 90 days for
OpenEdge.

6. WebStore Billing. The option to Bill was presented when a Billed Account
also had a Rollup account specified, but did not have WebStore Billing
active.  ***Fixed now.***

7. The Uniform Solution eCommerce (TUSe). Orders that included items from
Careismatic Brands stopped matching inventory items on the import and
imported the items as non-standard. This has been addressed by sending
the SKU and the UPC number from TUSe. This issue arose after Careismatic
removed the UPC from the SKU field and replaced it with style-color-size.

8. WebStore Refresh Off Settings. The checkboxes on the WebStore Configuration List
and Contract List can now only be changed if the user has the security to Refresh the
the WebStore. **Fixed now ***

9. WebStore Transaction Totals. The Web Server Log Tables now show the Total items
ordered and the order total for each month in the log. You can also see each
Order that was placed in the WebStore.

10. Texting from Sales and Customer Search. The Sales and Customer Search
Windows now have a F12-Text button on the window so you easily send a
text to the Customer. When Customer Seach is in Select Mode the Text
option is disabled.

11. Skip Printing Clerk Name on Receipts. You can now set an option to prevent
the Clerk Name from Printing on Receipts and Invoices. Select Setup Store >
Select a Store > Messages > Receipt and Invoice Printing Options and uncheck
“Print the clerk name on in-store transactions”. WebStore and eCommerce
are already skipped.

12. Inventory Summary. This report now prints store totals for all stores
included in the report.

Connected Feature Revisions

1. Medichic now supports EDI ordering and ASN’s.

2. White Cross Images. Images have been moved to a new hosting requested
by Kindthread and requires 6.60rc38 or newer.

3. Lifethreads EDI. Lifethreads is using a new FTP site for EDI orders
and ASN’s.

Fixes

1. Web Server. The Web Server could become unstable and gpf in the checkout
process or when the Mobile App logged into a system with a store number
greater than 29. Both issues have been fixed in 6.60rc34 and were a regression
in all earlier releases of 6.60.

2. TUSe PO number Import. The PO number is now being saved with orders paid
by PO.

3. WebStore Checkout and Customers Missing Address. Existing customers were
not always able to complete the checkout process if they were missing some
billing address information. ***Fixed in 6.60rc36.***

4. WebStore Gift Cards. Fixed a regression in 6.60rc26 (est) and later that
could cause a gift card to not be properly subtracted from the credit card
amount due resulting in an overpayment. ***Fixed now.***

5. WebStore OnAccount Limits. In some case on-account limits were not
used to limit a purchase to a sub-account. ***Fixed now.***

6. Style Comparison Report. **Fixed some issues when showing totals by Store.***

7. Reward Redemptions. It was possible for reward points to be taken from
points earned that were expired. ***Fixed now.***
