Add New Customer Classification

Utilizing the customer classification field in the customer record form is an excellent way to group your customers for reporting purposes. To add a new one,

  • Go to: Lists > Customer Standards
  • Select Class > New Classification
  • In the Classification field, enter the short code
  • In the Description field, enter the full name of the new class
  • Select OK to save the new class
  • Select the X to close the screen
