Add Notes to A Receiving List

This document will cover how to add internal notes to your Receiving Lists.

  1. First you will go to “Home>Receive” to open the “Purchase Order Receipt” screen.


  2. Highlight the desired Receiving List.

  3. Select the “F6-Notes” button

  4. Enter any primary notes in the Primary Section. (Note that the primary section notes will not be Date or Time stamped.)

  5. Enter secondary notes by selecting “Note > New Note”

  6. Enter the desired note and select “OK” to save it

  7. Select “OK” again to save your notes
