Check For Duplicate Customer

Keeping a clear and concise customer list is important. To configure the system to automatically check for duplicate customers when adding a new customer,

  • Go to: Setup > This Computer
  • Select the Misc tab
  • Select the “Check for duplicate customers when adding new customers” option
  • Select OK to save this change
Note

This change will only take effect on the computer that it is made. If you have multiple workstations, you’ll need to repeat this process at all of them.
