The program can easily be configured to not allow for automatic pricing procedures to change retail prices for a style. To do this,
- Select the Item icon in the program’s toolbar
- Locate the desired style by selecting the Brand and entering the style number in the Style field.
- The Color field does not matter in this instance because this change will automatically apply to all colors and sizes in a style
- Double-click to open the Changing Style form and select the More tab
- In the More Settings – All Colors section, check the box next to the Do not allow retail prices to change in automatic pricing procedures option
- Select OK to save this change
