The Catalog Utility can be manually run if it doesn’t start automatically after a catalog download. To manually run the catalog utility,
- Go to: Lists > Catalog
- Tag the desired vendor by placing a check mark next to the vendor
- Select F2-Copy/Sync
- The Catalog Utility screen will appear and the catalog utility will run as normal

If in a multi-store setting, Catalogs can only be updated the Polling Location
