One of the great features you get with UniformPay is called Single SignOn, which is the ability to go directly from our software into your merchant portal. With this in mind, there are some specific requirements for User setup. Watch the below video, or see instructions below.
Go to Setup> Users > choose the user*
*Every user that needs access to the merchant portal will need to have the following:
- First and Last name (the program is just looking for at least two words with a space)
- Phone Number
Go to Setup> System
- Ensure that the checkbox for “Use the system security and logon options” is selected.
