
📝 New Features/Enhancements
💻 WebStore
- You can now easily create menu items in your WebStore that go straight to a specific Brand or Department.
- To Setup: Go to Setup > WebStore > Double click into configuration > menu tab > select the menu you want to assign a department and brand
- Checkout now includes clearer information for the customer to help prevent incorrect address updates to the billing account.
- To avoid issues with totals not updating when items are removed, the cart editing option during checkout has been temporarily removed.
- Carousels in WebStore+ can now be configured to set wait time between images, the width of the carousel in percentage, and transition time.
- The WebStore has a fresh design and now includes a “Quick View” pop-up that lets shoppers add items and work order details to their cart without leaving the page.
🛒 Catalog & Vendor
- Teleties: New vendor with product images now supported.
- Smart Charms: Now providing product images.
- Maevn: Updated stock image links and FTP settings.
- Maevn is now providing an image for an IRG logo and color swatches
- Fechheimer: Now supports connected services like EDI Orders and ASN tracking.
- Fechheimer: Images are fully updated
📘 Point of Sale
- Simplified Email Sending: All emails can now be sent using The Uniform Solution’s built-in email service – no more needing Gmail, Microsoft, etc.
- To enable: Go to Setup > System > Email > My Email Server and choose “Not Used”
- Please keep in mind, you only will be able to see sent emails in The Uniform Solution.
📘 TUSI
- Within the Retail Analytics report there is a new “Group Sales Summary” that has the sales data broken out between Contract and Non-Contract categories
- Non-Contract will not include any on account, sub account, or sales with no items from a contract.
- Within the Collection Summary Section you will now see the Brand Name in ( )’s for easy identification of each brand a collection belongs to.
🐞 Bug Fixes
💻 WebStore
- Fixed crashes that occurred when printing invoices/orders from the WebStore.
- The product page now correctly limits items based on what is set in contracts in all scenarios.
- Top Pick limitations were not being properly applied to the product page. This has been fixed.
- The WebStore was not properly setting the tax rate for in store pickup orders when tax rules were implemented and there was only a single store for the system. This has been fixed.
- WebStore Shopper Limit. Added logging to help determine if search bots or something else is falsely increasing the Shopper Limit
🛒 Catalog & Vendor
- Maven updated their FTP server that prevented sending EDI Orders and Retrieving ASNs. This has been updated to allow these services to continue to work.
- Nurse mates updated their FTP server that prevented sending EDI Orders and Retrieving ASNs. This has been updated to allow these services to continue to work.
- Vendor stock values are now updated correctly. Vendor Stock was not properly reporting stock values the second time they were displayed if the display occurred within 15 minutes.
🛒 Point of Sale
- The computer setting option to prompt the user on CVV mismatches was not working properly. This has been fixed.
- Sales with a high volume of items would rarely reward the incorrect amount of reward points. This has been fixed.
- The Select Product Window has been enlarged to ensure the full Product ID is displayed.
- Sales List Refresh. Editing a Sales Entry Transaction failed to refresh the Sales List on the station that made the edit. This was a regression and has been fixed
