Configuring the program to alert you during a sales entry transaction that the stock levels are below the amount available is simple.
- Go to: Setup > This Computer
- Select the Sales Entry tab
- Check the box next to the Show warning in sales entry if stock level is below amount available option
- Select OK to save this change
