Add A Season Code to Tags

This article will cover how to add a “Seasonal Code” to a tag when printing tags for your store. This can be used as a filtering tool to better stock your items (Store location) or may be used for any additional information we want to provide. Note that a seasonal code can only be a maximum of 5 characters.

  1. To start you will go to your Inventory List under Home>Item.

  2. Once you have opened your “Inventory List” you will highlight the selected style we want to print tags for and choose the “Stock for Color” tab.

  3. Once you have selected “Stock for Color” it will take you to a screen showing all the sizes for the color you highlighted. Here you can highlight a specific size and choose “F9-Print Tags” this will send that item to the tag queue under “Home>Tags”

  4. Once you have selected the “Tags” option from the top ribbon you can add a “Season Code” at the bottom of the window.

  5. Select OK to print the tags

  6. An active screen will appear asking if all of the tags printed OK. If they did, select Yes. If they did not, select No and you’ll have the opportunity to print them again.
