Changing the amount required as a deposit for Special Order or Layaway is a very simple process.

Go to: Setup > Store > Select the store you want to update.

On the Pricing tab under the Sales Deposit Required section, you’ll find where you can adjust the amount required.

If you’d like to require 25% of the total as a deposit, adjust amount required to “.25”. If you would like 100% set the amount required to “1.00”.

Select OK to save your changes.
