📘 WebStore Configuration – Vendors
The Vendors section in the POS system allows you to manage which vendors and their associated products appear in your WebStore. This is essential for controlling what products are displayed to your online customers.
📍 Accessing the Vendors Tab
To manage Vendors:

Navigate to your POS system’s WebStore Configuration. You can do this by selecting the setup tab < WebStore < Double click into the active configuration < select the graphics tab.

Click on the Vendors tab.

✅ Adding Vendors to the WebStore
The Vendor’s tab is divided into two panels:

Left Side: Displays all created Vendors within your Uniform Solution.

Right Side: Displays the Vendors currently available on the WebStore.
To allow a vendor to be selected by customers online:

Highlight the desired vendors(s) on the left panel.

Click the Add button.

The selected vendor(s) will move to the right panel, making them visible and selectable on the WebStore.

Click on the Include value to toggle between All and Selected.

If Selected is chosen, you must manually check Include in WebStore on either the Style Form or Product Form for each individual item you want listed.

❌ Removing Vendors from the WebStore
To prevent a vendor from being available to customers:

Highlight the vendor(s) in the right panel.

Click the Remove button.

The selected vendor(s) will be moved back to the left panel and will no longer be accessible from the WebStore.

🏷️ Shop by Brand Display
- You can customize the number of brands that appear in the “Shop by Brand” menu on your WebStore
- Use the arrow buttons to reorder brands and control their display priority.
- Now when customers highlight the shop menu tab, they will only see the number you allowed to display. Clicking the shop by brand button will allow you to see all brands you made available for the WebStore.
