To quickly view important customer stats like: total items ordered, total amount spent on orders, total remaining balance, and total deposit credits,
- Select the Orders icon on the program’s toolbar
- Highlight the desired customer and select F4-Total
- The Total Results screen will display
- When you’re finished reviewing the stats, select OK to close the active window
